Inspired by the songs that instantly transport us to sun-drenched days and soulful nights, this evening is an ode to joy, rhythm, and the flavors of the season.

Chef Jason of Eats N Beets returns with an 8-course pescatarian menu, each dish paired with the mood of a classic summer anthem. From breezy bites to bold flavors, this meal will move like your favorite playlist.

What You Can Expect:

• A curated, 8-course, dining experience tied to nostalgic and iconic summer songs

• Two signature cocktails made with seasonal, local ingredients

Things to Know:

• This is not your typical dinner experience. It is a journey. On-time arrival is extremely important. Arrive by 5:45 pm. Dinner will begin at 6 pm. Courses cannot be repeated if missed.

• This is a Pescatarian & veggie-forward menu. There will be no meat products served.

• One course will include optional shellfish.
