Pleasure is a Practice: Discovering Your Pleasure Principles

Grab Your Spot

Pleasure is not a reward—it’s information. In this interactive virtual Bloomprint workshop, we’ll slow down and listen to what pleasure is trying to teach us about ourselves. Together, we’ll explore pleasure as a personal, political, and liberatory practice and begin crafting our own Pleasure Principles—the values and sensations that guide what truly feels good, nourishing, and life-giving to you.

This workshop is an invitation to move beyond “treat yourself” culture and into a deeper, more intentional relationship with pleasure—one that supports your rest, joy, boundaries, and becoming.

Whether you’re new to pleasure work or returning home to it, this is a gentle and affirming space to explore, reflect, and imagine what pleasure can look like in this season of your life.

In this workshop, you can expect to:

✨ Reflect on your personal relationship with pleasure and identify the conditions that help you feel most alive, safe, and nourished

✨ Name and begin shaping your own Pleasure Principles to guide your daily and seasonal choices

✨ Start a personalized Pleasure List—a living practice you can return to as a tool for ease, joy, and liberation
