The Curating Community Workshop will be a place to gain practical and applicable ways to build community tailored to your family. We will think and share ideas about relating to one another, remembering loved ones, and restoring relationships within our homes and communities. Participants will leave with strategies and resources that they can implement to impact change.

Who should attend:

  • those who are not feeling connected with others

  • those who are feeling overwhelmed with scheduling time together

  • people wanting to understand neurodiversity and family dynamics

  • people interested in building community in intergenerational homes

Meet Your Facilitator

Ashli is a writer, visual artist, and educator who uses her experience growing up in Maryland and spending summers in Virginia to inform her work. She works professionally as an Academic Specialist, helping students access academic tasks and gain executive functioning skills. Ashli values inclusive communities in schools and homes that create a sense of belonging and support.
